Welcome to my release party!
My debut category romance, A NIGHT OF SOUTHERN COMFORT, was released
on Friday and the past four days have been a wild ride!! So many wonderful emails, FB messages, and tweets have come into my inbox from all of the amazing, kind, and sweet people I’ve met on the romance writer’s journey. Thank you! I am humbled.
I also officially have a crush on my cover. Isn’t it fab?
And, as I write this post, ANOSC is #21 on the Amazon Kindle Bestsellers List for Series romance! WOOT!
Now, that’s a reason to party!
So, drop your purse over there in the corner and grab a drink from the bar. I’ve got yummy snacks – all calorie and fat free, of course – and a chocolate fountain to dip anything in (because everything is better with chocolate!). And, the super-sexy cover models will be here in a few. Well . . . they heard I was having a party and I HAD to invite them . . . right?
I’m floating in the pool in my little, bitty bikini (it’s my party and I’ll fantasize if I want to). The sun is hot but the breeze is keeping it all just right. All we need is something really great to read.
What?!
You don’t have a book handy? Well, I can fix that!
Some of my Entangled Publishing sistahs are here and they are giving away copies of their books! I’m also adding four copies of ANOSC into the pot as well. Here’s the list of awesome giveaways:
Cari Quinn: One copy of “No Dress Required”
Katee Robert: One copy of “Queen of Swords”
Caridad Pinero: A copy of “The Lost” and “The Vampire’s Consort”
Rachel Lyndhurst: One copy of “Kidnapped by the Greek Billionaire”

All you have to do to be eligible to win a book is to leave a comment telling me the book you are looking forward to reading this summer vacation. Leave your email addy so that I can get in touch with you if you win!
BONUS PRIZE: If you go to Amazon or Barnes and Noble and “like” and “Tag my book, send me an email at robin@robincovingtonromance.com and let me know. I’ll put your name in the pot for a $20 Amazon gift card!
In the meantime, I’m gonna soak up some rays and have a frozen mojito!
Cheers,
Robin

BLURB:
One night of passion…
Detective Jackson Cantrell never imagined that one night with an irresistible stranger would turn his life upside down. He’s spent years living in the shadows, but Dr. Michaela Roarke awakened a passion inside him he’d buried years ago.
He never expected the woman would turn out to be the governor’s daughter…and his next assignment. The governor blackmails Jackson to secretly watch over Michaela and protect her from a stalker, or kiss his dream job at the FBI good-bye. Swearing to keep things strictly professional, Jackson moves in with Michaela. Too bad his heart can’t keep the same promise.
But when the stalker’s attacks quickly escalate beyond mere photographs to bodily harm, Jackson must race to save Michaela’s life. And he’ll have to figure out how to keep her once she discovers his lie.
Love that? You can read Chapter One for free at Entangled Publishing.
Bio:
On her fortieth birthday, Robin Covington decided that having a mid-life crisis and finding a boy-toy were far too tacky, so she delved a little deeper into the “bucket list” and pulled out the long-shelved dream of becoming an author. Now, she spends her time writing sizzling romance where the hero and heroine can’t keep their hands off each other.
She doesn’t miss the boy-toy at all.
Happily exploring the theme of fooling around and falling in love, her stories burn up the sheets . . . one page at a time.
Robin is a member of the Romance Writers of America, the Washington Romance Writers, a faculty member at Romance University, a member of the Waterworld Mermaids, and a guest contributor to the Happy Ever After blog at USA Today.
Robin lives in Maryland with her hilarious husband, brilliant children, and ginormous puppy. You can find Robin on her blog, Burning Up the Sheets, on Facebook and Twitter (@RobinCovington).
