Lectures are done as blog posts, normally MWF with some TTh posts. Mondays are “Crafting Your Career,” Wednesdays are “Anatomy of the Male Mind,” and Fridays are “Chaos Theory of Writing.”

Hi, John. Just chiming in with the ladies here. We also have some great lectures on plotting and turning points. C.J. Lyons did a wonderful lecture on turning points, Tracey Montoya did one on three act structure and Sue Viders and Becky Martinez did one on the Plotting Wheel. There are some helpful editing lectures as well.

I would encourage you to find some good resources on writing a non-fiction proposal. If you need suggestions, please let us know and we can probably dig around a little for you!

Hi, I find this site very interesting as I embark on my first book. Other than doing a dissertation, I have no experience in writing. I am in the process of collecting data on sexual preferences as I am a sex therapist and then analyzing it against the demographics. It should be a lot of rich data. Is there anything coming up that you think would be particularly helpful to me? I do not know how I will go about publishing this yet either…thanks for the feedback!
