A: We have old and new tracks for the take along thomas toys which are also called take n play. We have adaptors so you can connect the 2 different kinds of tracks these were made with. BUT my kids could never get the ends to line up in any way that created a decent circular path until NOW. This track solves all the problems with these sets.

A: Track links together pretty well but younger kids (like 2 yrs old) can’t take it apart well or put it together themselves and they can do that with wooden track which is easy to assemble.
