A: You technically need the same size screws but you want to use the spacers provided by Samsung on the top and bottom screw holes. The bottom spacers will be flush while the top spacers will stick out a ways. You want to use size M8 / 45 mm screws on both holes. The metal mount should not touch the back of the TV but touch the spacers.

A: The washers have an inner bit that needs to be popped out to accommodate the bigger screws. I tightened all four m8 screws with a spacer and washer combo.
