The brake drum has a universal mounting hole pattern with both 5/16" & 3/8" bolt holes -- those 8 bolt holes will hopefully match those on your wheel brake hub. There is a hole on either end of the brake band. One end fastens to a stud mounted on the cart but is still able to pivot, and the other end fastens to your brake rod.
