A: Fold a paper towel in order to reach into the narrow spaces in between the rim and tire. Sweep the entire outer edge to draw out silicone oils or residue. Press IPA wipe (included in kit) in between the rim outer edge and tire bead. Wipe this area in a smooth motion.
