This steady and even pressure helps make for more consistent extrusion from the hotend. Tensioner spring can be adjusted to reduce or increase the amount of force the lever arm puts on the filament.
Capricorn PTFE is high quality Teflon tubing manufactured in America to high quality control standards. Tight tolerances within .05mm keep the filament from bending any little bit while inside the tube which makes retraction much more accurate and consistent. The XS line of Capricorn PTFE tubing is also capable of withstanding temperatures of up to 230*C all while remaining very slippery so the filament glides through the tube with almost no resistance.
After market Creality bed springs are extra firm and help to hold the bed level for longer while being more resistant against wearing out and loosing compression. Level the bed once and it should hold for more prints with these high performance stiff springs originally used on CR model printers. 4PC-M10 fittings are also included for replacement use on any stock creality hotends as well as this dual gear extruder which also uses a PC4-M10 fitting to secure the PTFE tube.
